P&R Pro Coatings is a licensed painting and general contracting firm that has provided high-quality workmanship to our clients throughout Florida for four generations. Our clients include community associations, developers, educational facilities, management companies, hotels, hospitals/healthcare facilities, designers, and many other commercial and businesses projects.

Meet our Founder

Robert Leslie

Read Bio

Robert began his career in painting over 20 years ago, and is proud to be the fourth generation to service the coating needs of Florida’s businesses and residents. He has successfully passed Florida’s Class A contractors exam and the current CGC11516403 Licenses Holder of P&R Renovations. In 1996 Robert created P&R Renovations and Interiors, Inc. Robert is a consultant for Dunedin’s Paint Your Heart Out and was the past President of Florida’s Paint and Decorating Contractors of America. Recently, P&R expanded its services to include P&R Pro Coatings, Inc. and general contracting services. In addition to directing his two companies, Robert is the President of SunCoast Community Association Institute and takes part in many local non-profit projects to help maintain, restore and beautify the Tampa Bay Area. He is proudly the Founder and President of The Leslie Family Children’s Foundation. Robert is also a member of the International Concrete Restoration Institute and has been Published in the CAI’s Wire magazine Educating property managers on the importance of painting and/or waterproofing commercial condominiums.
